Hey there! I’m Rahul Dattaria, and I’ve been working in the tech support field for the past 10 years. I began my career as a desktop engineer and gradually moved up to become a network engineer, system administrator, assistant IT manager, IT manager, and finally a cyber security engineer. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve been working from home lately as Sr.Technical Support Manager.
